Mercedes-Benz is a luxury car brand that is known for its high-quality vehicles and innovative technology. Mercedes-AMG is the performance division of Mercedes-Benz. AMG vehicles are designed to be more powerful and agile than standard Mercedes-Benz models.

Here are some of the key differences between Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG vehicles:
  • Performance: AMG vehicles are tuned for performance. They have more powerful engines, upgraded suspension and brakes, and more aggressive bodywork.
  • Handling: AMG vehicles are also designed to handle better than standard Mercedes-Benz models. They have stiffer suspension and more responsive steering.
  • Luxury: AMG vehicles still offer a high level of luxury, but they are more focused on performance than standard Mercedes-Benz models.
  • Price: AMG vehicles are more expensive than standard Mercedes-Benz models.

The AMG though still owned by the same Mercedes Benz group prioritises production of high performance vehicles. Their range of vehicles are primed to operate at a higher capacity than the regular Mercedes Benz cars.

It is indeed true since they are more expensive and newer releases. They update functions to be adequate with the price and then could be cheap if many releases have been sold and become familiar in the market.
