The Chevy Cruze is a compact car produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors since 2009. The Chevy Cruze received the highest possible rating in front, side, rear and rollover crash protection tests by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, which recognized the Cruze as a Top Safety Pick. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration awarded the Cruze its highest five star rating for safety. Cruze also has an Eco variant that offers hybrid-like highway fuel economy as well as an RS sport version. Cruze was discontinued in 2019 at which time the average MSRP was $18,870.
