GMC Yukon and Chevy Tahoe are cousins with a lot in common. Both SUVs share the same T1 Truck platform from General Motors. The Chevy Tahoe has been a top ranked affordable large SUV by U.S. News and World Reports and praised by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety as top of its class. The Tahoe has also been utilized by both the police and the military. The Tahoe is a good vehicle offering three rows of seats and more cargo room than most other large SUVs. Tahoe is quite luxurious despite not officially being a luxury SUV.
