2005 CHRYSLER Town and Country

The Chrysler Town and Country is a minivan caravan that was produced by the American automaker Chrysler from 1990 to 2016. The Town and Country was designed to provide spacious and versatile transportation for families, with a focus on comfort, convenience, and luxury. The minivan was known for its roomy interior, advanced technology features, and high-end materials, and was offered with a range of engines and available options to suit the needs of different customers. This premium caravan minivan that competes with other vehicles in its segment, such as the Odyssey, Sienna, Sedona, Grand Caravan, and Quest, all of which offer similar levels of versatility, space, and features as the Chrysler Town and Country, but with different strengths and weaknesses, allowing customers to choose a minivan that fits their specific needs and preferences. Town and Country has received generally good safety ratings from various organizations, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). In NHTSA testing, the Town and Country received a 5-star overall safety rating, with 5 stars in both front crash protection and side crash protection. In IIHS testing, the Town and Country received Good ratings in most categories, including moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, and head restraints and seats. The minivan also received an Acceptable rating for small overlap front crash protection. Town and Country was discontinued after the 2016 model year at which time the average MSRP was $30,990. It was replaced by the Chrysler Pacifica in 2017.
