The Ford Focus is a compact car manufactured by Ford Motors since the year 1998. The Focus took the place of the Ford Escort. The Focus wound up exceeding the very popular Toyota Corolla to become the worlds best selling automobile. The Focus has been considered one of the 50 greatest cars of the past 50 years by British magazine CAR. Focus has spanned four generations since inception and has been available as a Hatchback and as a Sedan. Outside of a few special models, the Ford Focus sedan and hatchback are both very similar.
