The GMC Terrain is a midsize Crossover SUV from General Motors. The Terrain is based on the GM Theta platform and is smallest SUV made by GMC. It fits under the GMC Acadia which is slightly larger. The Terrain is extremely similar - a near-twin to the Chevrolet Equinox but has standard features and body panels that are different from that of the Chevrolet Equinox.
