The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is a compact crossover SUV, which was first introduced as a concept car at the 2019 International Motor Show Germany. The production version of the Ioniq 5 was officially unveiled in February 2021 and is the first vehicle to be built on the E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform), which is Hyundai's dedicated electric vehicle platform. The Ioniq 5 is available in both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations, and features a range of up to 300 miles on a single charge. It also has a fast-charging capability, which allows the battery to be charged from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes. The Ioniq 5 has received positive reviews for its design, performance, and advanced technology features.
