Model info:

The Hyundai Kona is a subcompact crossover SUV produced by the South Korean automaker Hyundai. It was first introduced in 2017 and offers a range of powertrains including gas, electric, and hybrid options. The Kona is known for its distinctive and sporty styling, spacious and well-equipped interior, and advanced safety features. It is positioned in the market as a budget-friendly alternative to other subcompact crossover SUVs. Top competitors include vehicles like the Honda HR-V, Nissan Kicks, Kia Soul, and Toyota C-HR. The reliability of the Hyundai Kona is generally considered to be good. According to J.D. Power's 2020 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study, the Kona received an above-average rating, which suggests that it has fewer problems than the average vehicle in its class. Additionally, the Kona has a long warranty that covers five years or 60,000 miles, which can provide added peace of mind. However, as with any vehicle, reliability can vary depending on a number of factors, including individual usage and maintenance practices.
