The minivan is one of the few eight-seater minivans on the market today, making it an ideal vehicle for large families. It competes with the Honda Odyessey, Chrysler Pacifica, and the Kia Carnival all of which come in at smaller price points. The Toyota Sienna Reliability Rating is 3.5 out of 5.0, which ranks it 6th out of 8 for minivans. The Sienna gets 4 out of 5 stars for its overall crash rating. In government crash tests, the Sienna received five out of five stars for overall and side crash protection, with a four-star frontal rating.
