What makes Mitsubishi vehicles different from other Japanese automakers?

Mitsubishi vehicles are different from other Japanese automakers in a number of ways, including:
  • Focus on SUVs and trucks: Mitsubishi has a long history of building SUVs and trucks, and its lineup of SUVs is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. Other Japanese automakers are more focused on sedans and hatchbacks.
  • All-wheel drive: Mitsubishi is one of the few Japanese automakers that offers all-wheel drive on a wide range of its vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and trucks. This makes Mitsubishi vehicles a good choice for drivers who need all-wheel drive for snow, ice, or off-road driving.
  • Value: Mitsubishi vehicles are generally more affordable than other Japanese automakers. Mitsubishi also offers a number of incentives, such as long warranties and zero-percent financing, which can make its vehicles even more affordable.
  • Technology: Mitsubishi vehicles offer a variety of advanced technologies, such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and blind spot monitoring. However, Mitsubishi vehicles do not offer as many of the latest technologies as some other Japanese automakers.

Mitsubishi has always stayed on it's niche to make SUVs, vans and trucks. Their vans are quite very popular and widely used globally. I think they have proven a viable competition for Toyota Hilux in the van sub niche.
