2008 CADILLAC Escalade

The Cadillac Escalade is a Full Size Luxury V8 Powered Sport Utility Vehicle SUV Truck engineered and manufactured by General Motors under the Cadillac brand. The ESV version isextended and has a longer wheelbase then the standard size Escalade. The Escalade was introduced for the 1999 model year and was designed to compete with the M-Class, Range Rover, LX and especially the Navigator. Its main competitors remain the Navigator, Suburban, Grand Wagoneer, GLS, Q8, X7, Range Rover, MDX and GV80. The Cadillac Escalade Reliability Rating is 2.5 out of 5.0, which ranks it 6th out of 19 for luxury fullsize SUVs. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the Cadillac Escalade an overall safety rating of four out of five stars, with four stars in the frontal crash test, five stars in the side crash test and three stars in the rollover test.
