The Chevrolet Traverse is a seven to eight seat Full Size Crossover SUV built on the GM Lambda platform that supports the GMC Acadia and Buick Enclave. It is a successor to both the Uplander and TrailBlazer. The Chevy Traverse debuted at the Chicago Auto Show in 2008. The Traverse has a reliability rating of 3.0 out of 5.0, which ranks it 22nd out of 26 for midsize SUVs. The Chevy Traverse made the U.S. News and World Report list of vehicles that offer the best quality, space and its family friendly features earned it a name as the Best Family Car. AutoWeek reports if you need 7 or 8 seats and cargo room, the Traverse is worth a long look. Consumer Guide gives credit to the Traverse for its passenger and cargo room, ride and handling. Traverse is still in production and is one of the brands most popular vehicles.
