The Dodge Dart is compact to mid-size car built by the Dodge division of the Chrysler Corporation. The Dart originally appeared over 50 years ago in 1957 as a compact and ran production till 1976. It has reappeared to the market completely redesigned as a mid size vehicle. The Dart has earned a good reputation and has been said to be one of the most successful cars ever introduced in America. Dart earned a five-star overall rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Top Safety Pick status from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
