1999 GMC Suburban

The GMC Suburban is a series of full-size SUVs built by the Chevrolet division of General Motors. The Suburban was also produced under the Chevrolet marque and later rebranded as the Yukon XL. Cadillac offers a version called the Escalade ESV. Both Chevy and GMC are owned by General Motors. Other large SUVs considered similar (outside of the Tahoe and Yukon) are the Jeep Wagoneer, Ford Expedition, Toyota Sequoia and Nissan Armada. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the 2022 GMC Yukon an overall safety rating of four out of five stars. The GMC Suburban Reliability Rating is 3.5 out of 5.0, which ranks it 6th out of 14 for fullsize SUVs.
