2008 KIA Rondo

The Kia Rondo is a compact MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) that was sold in North America from 2007 to 2017. It was also known as the Kia Carens in other markets, including Europe and Asia. The Rondo was designed to offer the versatility of a larger minivan, but with a more compact size and lower price point. It was offered with a choice of four-cylinder engines, including a 2.0-liter and 2.4-liter option. A five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission were available, depending on the model year. The Rondo was available in two trim levels: LX and EX. The base LX model included features such as air conditioning, power windows and locks, and a CD stereo system. The EX trim added features such as alloy wheels, a sunroof, and leather upholstery. The Rondo was known for its spacious interior, comfortable ride, and relatively fuel-efficient powertrain. It was also praised for its ease of entry and exit, thanks to its tall roof and low step-in height. The Rondo faced competition from other compact MPVs such as the Mazda 5 and the Ford C-Max. Kia discontinued the Rondo in North America after the 2017 model year, but the model continued to be sold in other markets around the world.
