Stinger uses a shortened version of the Hyundai Genesis front-engine, rear-wheel-drive platform with additional steel reinforcement and is offered with a choice of two engines: a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder and a twin-turbo V6. The Kia Stinger is not faster than a Ford Mustang GT but its pretty quick and can accelerate to 60 mph from a complete stop in just 4.4 to 4.7 seconds, depending on trim and powertrain configuration. It also has a sporty look, aerodynamic design and powerful engine options.
