WRX STi, 4D Sedan, 2.5L DOHC Intercooled High-Boost DAVCS, Close-Ratio 6-Speed Manual, AWD. Reviews: * If you are looking for an affordable sports sedan with all-weather capability, superb handling, and laudable fuel economy, far be it from us to disapprove of the Subaru WRX. Given its newly available CVT (continuously variable automatic transmission) and added creature comforts, the WRX has become a feasible alternative for non-enthusiasts. Model info:

The Subaru WRX, or Rex, as it is often called, is an all-wheel drive sport compact car manufactured by the Japanese automaker Subaru, originally based on the Impreza. Subaru claimed the name WRX stands for World Rally eXperimental. Since 2014, the WRX lineup has been split from the Impreza, with a different body style that is not offered as an optional hatchback/wagon. The WRX is known to compete with the GTI, Elantra, GLI, Civic, G70, Stinger, C-Class and 3-Series. The Subaru WRX has a top speed of 155 MPH, however, the STI model can reach a top speed of 174 MPH. Like pretty much all Subarus, it’s also safe. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has named the WRX one of the safest cars in America, awarding the hot Subaru the title of Top Safety Pick. WRX STI was discontinued after the 2021 model year at which time the average MSRP was $39,100.
