The CARS Rule Was originally proposed by the FTC in June 2022, in a slated to go into effect on July 30, 2024. When the rule is in force, the FTC stated that is anticipated to save car-shopping consumers in the United States over $3.4 billion per year.
 
I do hope they are able to srt this out on time, so they can resume the program. There are a lot of people who have suffered from scams.

Car purchase scams are a common thing when due diligence is not done. This law would have to some extent helped curb all these related car purchase frauds.
