Toyota Working on New Battery Technology That Could Revolutionize EV Market

If Toyota pulls this off, it would be a breath taking revolution in the Electric Vehicle terrain. The battery would drive up to 990 km on a single charge while taking not up to an hour to charge full. That's crazy stuff.
 
As written in the article, Toyota has been slow to the EV market when compared to their other competitors. But they have been doing their work and research diligently before jumping into the market. If this happens, it would be revolutionary. Many people are hesitant about EV for the reasons of long time of charging and the distance covered in one charge. This might break that hesitation and more will be willing to go for Electric Vehicles.
 
Wow, this is awesome in the tech industry, Having an electric battery that can last that long is a game changer and a lot of the Funatics in the EVs would celebrate this milestone. I think the introduction of EVs is one of the recent innovations that has helped in so many ways especially in terms of environment conservation and reduction of carbon emissions. A bit pricy but still cost-effective in the long run.

Will will still await the unveiling of this project just a few years from.
 
This is a deal that would bring more development to the auto world in term of battery featuring the following :
Faster charge: These batteries would charge faster and even have more potentials than the conventional batteries and this will bring more revolution to the auto industries.

Higher energy density: These batteries have the capacity to store more energy per unit weight anfd thus translates into longer driving ranges without a significant increase in size or weight.
 
A car battery that would charge up to between 20 to 80% within 30 minutes is truly amazing. Like someone above me said, Toyota has been slow with this electrical vehicle thing but they are ready to transform the entire landscape of electric vehicles with these kinds of battery innovations.
 
Many consumers want to buy electric vehicles these days. But then they are hesitant about the charging time and the efficiency ( mileage that it would give in each charge). And in places where the road conditions are not good and we have bad traffic, the efficiency further reduces.
These two features of short charging time and high energy density to ensure more mileage in each charge would be a welcome step. It would really encourage many people to opt for electric vehicles in coming times.
 

It was a very good information from the Toyota CEO back in October if I remembered correctly. After watching this YouTube video on the Toyota EV batteries, I was quite impressed but I'm just keep my fingers crossed for now with it and see how things turn out.

They have been really slow but we can trust you that when they enter, they would crash everything. Their level of innovation always makes auto related initiative. As they have entered, I predict that the price of electric vehicles car batteries would in due crash somehow.

Yeah, that's very correct. I believe it is part of the reason why a lot of people have so much trust in their car because the company is always doing a lot of things to make sure that they give the people exactly what is going to give them the best when it comes to the money they're spending.

The major challenge of EV IS battery charging time and durability of the cells. If Toyota can be able to breakthrough with this innovative technology, we may say good bye to carbon emission and hydrocarbons.
 
This looks so exciting, I can't wait to see how it turns out. Though it would take some time before it gets to my country.
