The Hyundai Santa Fe is a mid size crossover SUV produced by South Korean manufacturer Hyundai since the year 2000. It is based on the Hyundai Sonata platform and is named after the city of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Santa Fe Sport is a little smaller, and so it only offers seating for 5. The Santa Fe has been so popular that at times, Hyundai had trouble supplying the demand. The Santa Fe quickly became the best seller and contributed to popularity and success of Hyundai.
